What does each camera check?

The angled top camera checks that a thread is present on screws and nuts. The top camera checks that a nut has a slot. The side camera checks crooked thread, thread length, outside diameter, height, slot width and step height. Four cameras around the part check thread damage. The bottom camera checks a straight slot or a Phillips slot.

Are three bowl feeders included?

The text asks for separate bowls for large screws, small screws and nuts. The parts list records one bowl. This page does not treat three bowls as included.

Seal quality: agree the evaluation method with your packaging team. ASTM F88/F88M covers seal separation force and failure mode for flexible barrier materials. Set pack-specific limits separately from a visual check for parts trapped in the seal.
