This line counts small parts and packs them in PE tube-film bags. The recorded set is one feeder, one low-drop vision counter, one tube-film packer and one outfeed conveyor. A print-and-apply unit is optional, and the sheet does not name its brand or quantity.

The sheet says the layout is a preliminary reference and is not an acceptance basis. It was first described around connectors and other small parts, and it also names hardware and stamped parts. Parts that hook together, and thin parts that overlap, may not be countable. Parts longer than 5 cm may tangle and slow the packer. No drop height or measured scratch rate is given.

Rates that must stay separate

Pieces per bag are 100–1,000, depending on the part. Bag speed is about 2–3 bags per minute on one page and about 3 bags per minute on another. The example of 500 pieces per bag is about 3 bags per minute. A counting-throughput note of 300–2,000+ pieces per minute is not the same number as the camera line that says capture can reach 10,000 frames per second, and it is not the 8,000–10,000 pcs/min row on the low-drop counting machine.

Bag width is 150–350 mm by changing the former. Bag length is within 350 mm on one page and 150–350 mm adjustable on another. Maximum pack weight is 5 kg. Film thickness is written as 6–15 si. Power is 220 V / 50 Hz. The cabinet is carbon steel. Empty-material and jam alarms are recorded.

One page writes counting accuracy as 1 in 10,000. Another writes 1 in 3,000 and says the error is positive, high rather than low. Recipe storage is written as hundreds of products on one page and thousands on another. The operating system is named as Android, with a claimed switch to Windows. A dimension drawing shows 2309, 1629, 1495, 1338, 881.5, 820, 670 and 458. The sheet does not state the unit or which view each number belongs to, so they are not assembled here into a machine size. Send the parts and the pack.
