This counter is specified for precision small screws. The sheet records a detection size of 2–50 mm and does not split that number into screw length and head diameter. It also records a bag size of 150–450 mm without saying whether that is width, length or film width, and it records PE film.
How to read the recorded count
The sheet records 0.03% and says the error is positive: the count may run high, not low. It does not state the sample size, batch setting or acceptance method.
This is pieces per minute. It is not a finished-bag rate. A finished-bag rate depends on the pieces in each bag, the film and how the parts separate. Compare the LINEVO fastener packing range.
What this sheet does not state
The sheet does not list machine weight, rated watts, compressed air, a warranty or a price. Photos show the equipment. They are not a supply list. Send the parts and the pack.
The same counting rate and error wording appear on other sheet rows. This page uses only the precision-screw row. It does not claim those other machines are the same configuration. The multi-channel counter records a higher piece rate, and the warehouse counter does too.
