Precision Screw Counter
Detection size 2–50 mm. Recorded piece rate 8,000–10,000 pcs/min.

LINEVO machines for counting screws, nuts and sealing rings, then packing them in tube film, a premade bag, or a carton. Camera inspection is a separate configuration.
Send the fastener, a pack sample and the target output.
Piece rates, bag notes and blank cells stay on the machine that recorded them. Output is confirmed on your parts.

Custom line from vision counting through bagging to a sealed carton.
View machine detailsA pieces-per-minute figure is not a bag rate. Where the sheet left a cell blank, this site leaves it blank. The full list is in the comparison below and in the machine menu.

Start with the fastener and the finished pack. LINEVO matches a vision counter, a tube-film or premade bag, a weigher, or a camera inspection layout to that job.
| Machine | Recorded figure | What the sheet also says | Do not treat it as |
|---|---|---|---|
| Precision screw counter | 8,000–10,000 pcs/min | Detection size 2–50 mm. Counting error 0.03%, positive. | Bags per minute, or a zero-miss guarantee. |
| Multi-channel counter | 12,000–20,000 pcs/min | Detection size 2–50 mm. Channel count is not stated. | A rate per channel, or the screw counter’s rate. |
| Low-drop counter | 8,000–10,000 pcs/min | Detection size 2–35 mm. Drop height is not stated. | The bag rate of the low-drop line. |
| Tube-film bagger | 3–5 bags | PE film 0.05–0.1 mm. Bag size 150–250 mm, direction unstated. | Bags per minute. The sheet has no time unit. |
| Weighing packer | 200 g–5 kg | Accuracy range 0.5–10 g. Top speed 4–6 bags, no time unit. | ±0.5 g at every weight in the range. |
| Low-drop packing line | About 2–3 bags/min | Another page says about 3 bags/min. Preliminary reference only. | An acceptance rate, or 8,000–10,000 bags/min. |
| Eight-camera inspection | 500–600, 200–400, or 100 pcs/min | Eight 5-megapixel cameras. Misjudgment written as 3%–10%. | One speed for every screw size. |
The 0.03% counting note says the error is positive: the count may run high, not low. The sheet does not state the sample size or the acceptance method. It is not published here as a percentage of good bags.
Machines whose parameter cells were blank, including the premade-bag packer and the integrated counting packer, are not given a speed from the row above them.
Your fasteners, the finished pack and the required output define the equipment scope.
A tube-film machine forms the bag from PE film. A premade-bag machine starts with an empty bag you already buy. The premade-bag sheet left size and speed blank.
A counter’s piece rate is not the line’s bag rate. The low-drop line is the arrangement that records about 2–3 bags per minute, and it says that figure is not an acceptance basis.

Understand machine price and quotation scopeFastenerPackingMachine.net is the fastener and hardware packing portal of LINEVO, the international project and systems engineering division of the Dession manufacturing group in Foshan, Guangdong, China (established 2013, 15,000+ m² manufacturing facility, ISO 9001 quality management). LINEVO publishes this range as LinevoPack.
The machines on this site cover vision counting, tube-film and premade bags, weighing, camera inspection, and custom lines. Part samples and the production bag resolve feeding, counting and sealing before you order.
Discuss My ProjectSend part photos or samples, the count or weight, and a bag or carton. You can start with the details you already know.
Review the recorded piece rate or bag note, the film, the camera layout, and whether a feeder or cartoner is included.
Discuss the machine scope, utilities and destination with LINEVO before confirming the order.
LINEVO can arrange project sample tests and video demonstrations with representative parts and packaging material. Agree the configuration, measurements and test record before sending samples.
Use fasteners from a normal production batch and the bag, pouch or carton you intend to ship. Include the count or weight, the pack drawing, the target output and any sizes that tangle or jam. Confirm quantities and shipping instructions with our team first.
Agree the count or net-weight target, how many packs to check, the seal checks and the timed count of acceptable packs. Include feeder jams, pouch opening and carton counts where they affect the selected machine.
Define the factory acceptance test (FAT) scope in the order: configuration, materials, run conditions, pass criteria and records to deliver. Agree whether you need a written record, run video or returned packs for your quality team.
Seal quality: agree the evaluation method with your packaging team. ASTM F88/F88M covers seal separation force and failure mode for flexible barrier materials. Set pack-specific limits separately from a visual check for parts trapped in the seal.
Count and weight: recount or reweigh finished packs at the agreed discharge. A counter pulse or a scale setpoint is not the same record as a saleable bag. For retail packs, NIST Handbook 133 is a reference for checking the net contents of packaged goods.

A few answers to the questions hardware packers ask first.
Ask a QuestionCount them when the pack claims a number of pieces. Weigh them when it claims a net weight. The weighing sheet records 200 g–5 kg and an accuracy range of 0.5–10 g. The screw counter records pieces per minute, not a bag rate.
No. That band is pieces per minute on the screw, sealing-ring, low-drop and cart counters. The low-drop line records about 2–3 bags per minute on one page and about 3 bags per minute on another.
The equipment sheet left those cells blank. The premade-bag packer, the high-speed tube-film packer and the integrated counting packer are in that group. Their speeds are not copied from the next machine.
The counter or weigher, bag tooling, camera count, a feeder, and any carton stage. Ask for those items to be marked included or excluded. A drawing is not a supply list.
Send the fastener samples, the target count or weight, the bag or carton, and the good packs you need per minute. Add power, compressed air, a room constraint if you have one, and the delivery country and city.
Send the hardware, the pack format and the production target to LINEVO. Ask for a configuration, an itemized quotation and a relevant running demonstration.
